En el departamento de tesorería los Desembolsos se registran en físico y por escaneo con su respectivo número de referencia. Por esta razón se efectuó esta investigación con la finalidad de que se establezcan con exactitud los parámetros e irregularidades que se están generando como resultados negativos dentro de la institución.
