Outside of Montalvo canton, there are a large number of users that consume this service, but being a very large extension, many lords responsible for taking measures are lost or do not reach the indicated place, so in Consequently, they invoice values that do not belong to that meter, because they must Cover a route and it can not be empty. So this causes great discomfort to the users due to the fact that payrolls with unreal values are issued Currently, there is no system to read the measures of the consumption of the meters, simply those in charge of doing it, use their device mobile phone to take pictures of each meter and then record the consumption determined owner of it. The present case study arises from the need to identify and analyze the requirements for the development of a mobile georeferencing application for the software for reading electric meters for users of the Montalvo canton. |

Por ello este debe ser un servicio de calidad desde el proceso en el cual esta llega a los hogares hasta su correcta facturación. El sistema de lectura de medidores eléctricos de los usuarios del cantón Montalvo, presenta inconvenientes en la localización exacta de estos medidores, provocando problemas al realizar la toma de lectura en los medidores, debido al desconocimiento geográfico de cada uno de ellos. A las afuera del cantón Montalvo, existen gran cantidad de usuarios que consumen este servicio, pero al ser una extensión muy grande, muchas los señores encargados de tomar medidas se pierden o no llegan al lugar indicado, por lo que en consecuencia facturan valores que no pertenecen a aquel medidor, porque ellos deben cubrir una ruta y esta no puede quedar vacía. De modo que esto causa gran malestar a los usuarios debido a que se emiten planillas con valores irreales Actualmente, no existe ningún sistema para realizar la lectura de medidas del consumo de los medidores, simplemente los encargados de hacerlo, usan su dispositivo móvil para tomar fotos a cada medidor para luego registrar el consumo determinado al propietario del mismo.
