Voeg label toe | Samenvatting: | The present research focused on management process at Faculty of Engineering and Applied Sciences of Technical University of Cotopaxi, the main problem detected is substantive functions do not comply with an integrative vision due to the lack of a management model. By process, in addition, the activities of each function are not characterized, therefore management does not have efficiency and effectiveness in everything planned, having delays in strategic planning, of duplication effort, lack coordination, monitoring and processes evaluation. The objective of the project is to provide a possible solution to the detected problems in the faculty, with the aim of creating continuous improvement and synergy between substantive functions. For the development of the project, a qualitative approach was used with descriptive research, which made it possible to analyze activities on administrative management in CIYA and to detail the problems that this process presents; The used methods were inductive, which were supportive in fulfilling each specific objective; The used technique to collect information was the interview through guide. For all of the above, it was possible to design the proposal for the main problem existing in the faculty, resulting in processes optimization, continuous improvement, integration of substantive functions and greater efficiency and effectiveness in the management carried out by CIYA faculty, the proposed strategy can be verified when it will allow the articulation of the substantive functions, fulfilling faculty vision. |
