| Summary: | Motivation in the business environment, tries that the worker has a positive and voluntary attitude, to improve performance in their work. In this sense, the Inplástico company, located in Latacunga canton, faced problems with human resources due to lack of motivation, due to decisions made about the work of the personnel without taking them into consideration. For this reason, this project aims to propose a human talent management model based on staff motivation to improve job performance at Inplástico Naranjo Hernández y Compañía. The project included an applied study, with a descriptive and correlational design. The unit of analysis included the 49 workers of the company, and the data collection was carry out through a survey. The results showed the main demotivation and motivation factors that influence performance, these were "relationship with the supervisor", "challenging work", and "recognition for their work". In addition, it was observed that about 47% of workers have a performance greater than 90 out of 100, and 53% of the staff achieved a performance less than or equal to 89 out of 100. A manual of policies and processes for human talent management was design, which changed the management of the staff towards a consultative type, in which the opinion of the staff is considered and their commitment to the company is increased. Institutional policies and the 10 processes developed will improve the performance of the workforce. |
