Factores psicosociales de riesgo y desempeño laboral en el nivel de apoyo del Gad municipal de Latacunga.

In the globalized world, workers face various conditions in their work environment, which causes certain conditions to cause damage to the worker's health, well-being and work performance. Likewise, psychosocial factors are present in any type of company regardless of the size or the activity to which they are dedicated, which is why this research aims to determine the level of impact of psychosocial risk factors in the company. job performance, of 109 officials of the Municipal GAD of Latacunga. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach and an explanatory scope. To obtain information on psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, the F-PSICO instrument from the Institute of Safety and Health at Work was applied. While the performance evaluation data were provided by the institution's Human Talent Development department, obtained through the evaluation called “unit goals”; This instrument is sent by the Ministry of Labor to all public sector institutions. In the results of the instruments applied, it was evident that workers are exposed to psychosocial risks in the dimensions of participation and supervision, role development, psychological demands and relationships and social support. The results of the performance evaluation do not show major drawbacks in any of the areas analyzed.
