要約:The main objective of this researching is to gett better the teaching-learning process through the development of the Literacy skills of the second-year students of Antonio Frías school in Latacunga, Cotopaxi province. The methodology used was with a qualitative approach since its objective was to test the theories found in the place where this research was applied, We used bibliographical research taken from several works, whose approach is positivist, since it describes the need that children have to improve the development of Literacy in the process of Learning through a proposal focused on a specific objective; it began with the perceptual level because it allowed us to explore and describe everything that is defined about the development of reading and writing in the teaching-learning process. It was also apprehensive because it allowed us to compare and analyze the results obtained in this research, the deductive method was applied because it began with the observation of the problem, that is, the development of reading and writing, and finally the proposal was applied as an alternative solution to the development of reading and writing, In conclusion, it was evident that the process of reading and writing was strengthened through the use of to methodological strategies. The students also developed new strengths through the application of these new processes and it was proven that playful techniquesimprove and expand the degree of attention of the students, which, if they are not attended immediately, would directly harm the learning and development of reading and writing
