Resumo:The realization of level control processes in the industry, currently the integration of virtual reality technologies in process control training systems has marked a successful path within industrial automation, in this way the project contemplates the implementation of a 3D virtual system in the area of automation, becoming a practical training solution on topics related to automation, control and instrumentation, allowing the management of a simulated level control plant in a virtual environment developed on a 3D platform, reducing the risk of inadequate physical space and cost in its implementation; The design of the virtual environment will be developed using the Unity graphic engine software, this will allow visualizing the behavior of a level control plant of a real system used for the control of data input and output in a control system, thanks to the implementation of a DAQ card allowing the conditioning of digital-analog input and output signals, regulated by a PID control algorithm, the final observation elements will be two control valves, a filling tank, having a real behavior thanks to the implementation of the Bernoulli's equation, thus achieving a hardware in the loop system. The system is designed to be compatible with different types of controllers. The proposal aims to be a useful virtual tool.
