From this perspective the educational actors must use methodological strategies, itbecome integral and treats the needs of each one of them. Now youcan see that teachers still use deciduous and traditionalist methodological strategies. Lack of implementation of strategies hinders teacher’s verification of learning achievements which causes we can not make decisions on learning and academic performance at the right time. One of the factors that affects the misuse of methodological strategies corresponds to lack of teachers using newstrategies, techniques and methods generating monotony that is reflected in the results of learning. This research aims to characterize the methodological strategies used by teachers in the educational "Manuela Saenz de Aizpuru D7" unit and its relationship to learning outcomes. Applied research methodology is based on the quantitative approach, the deductive method, as wellas the bibliographic research and field to describe the methodological strategies. The techniques used were the interview and survey, with their respective instruments interview guide and questionnaire, which allowed to collect information from authorities and teachers about the studied problem. Through the collected data is can demonstrate that there is lack of knowledge by teachers in terms of strategies, techniques, and methods, and these are reflected in the results of student learning. By means of this research has been established certain strategies, techniques and methods that can be used by teachers in the field of education, in order to strengthen the knowledge of teachers on strategies, methods and techniques and in turn they will contribute to the improvement of the quality of student learning |
