| Résumé: | The present investigation established the problem of the lack of test equipment for non-destructive tests, for technical purposes and applications within the aeronautical field, which is a factor that prevents economic development, so that an analysis was generated in the environment to to know the events that caused them, the investigation that was used is the field one, since it allowed to know the shortcomings that by not designing a magnetization equipment, the detection of discontinuities in the ferromagnetic materials at the Cotopaxi Air Base is limited, generating this a low competitive profile of the institution, in the interpretation of the results, technical information was generated which concluded in the need for the design and construction of the equipment. In such a way that the change is oriented to the execution of the same in order to maximize institutional resources, promoting dynamism through the generation of creativity and technology, then the management of aviation will not only be reactive, but proactive to technological change. |
