| Summary: | The present investigation is a study of the elaboration and application of a self-histovaccine against papillomatosis in cattle. It was determined in the Pichincha province, canton Mejía, parish El Murco, Hacienda “Pasochoa”. For which 5 female animals were used, using a laboratory and field methodology. Self-histovaccine was developed based on the papillomas present in the animals; for each of them, a single sample was used to perform this procedure. The vaccine was inoculated in 3 doses with intermittence of 7 days each and 5 papilloma counts were performed, thus lasting the field investigation 30 days. Blood samples were taken on day 0 and day 21 to determine blood hemogram and immunochemistry levels. To obtain the results of the investigation, a Randomly Experimental Design (DCA) was used, using the Infostat system; where for the possible association of variables t Student was used and for the statistical difference Duncan to 0.1. According to the results obtained, it was determined that; papillomas according to their size and location decreased in the head taking as treatments each count is so T1 with 4.8 ± 1.16, at day 0 while at day 30 T5 with 1.4 ± 0.24, what we indicates that there was a numerical significance plus non-statistical. On the other hand, in the results obtained from the investigation, we say that the Hemogram determinate an improvement of the levels of the red and white lineage according to take 1 and 2 but within the reference values; while the immunoglobulins within the study increased their numerical but not statistical values, which demonstrates the specific humoral activation power regulated by memory cells, an activity established by an auto-histovaccine. So, it contributes clinically-scientifically to animal health, to Veterinary Medicine by conducting a study with high specificity of the causative agent and socio-economically to the producers of zones 2 and 3. |
