| 要約: | This titration project is based on temperature and humidity through ON/OFF control in a bioclimatic chamber for breeding insects (pests), through a fully automated system that allows the insect to develop under adequate conditions in controlled environments. The control begins from the entry of hot air and with a stable level of humidity in order to ensure the survival of the insect, which will allow us to obtain data, where the suitability or risk that the insect will be exposed to in the chamber is analyzed. The present work is based purely on the control of the temperature, which in turn controls the humidity inside the chamber. To turn the chamber on and off, we proceed to develop a system with a control unit that is capable of storing data and allowing the visualization of relevant information provided by the bioclimatic chamber, in this way its correct functioning is ensured, both for its use and also for the respective maintenance. To develop the system, an HMI (Human Machine Interface) control was used, which allows the visualization of historical data and consequently determines the behavior of temperature and humidity and the operator-machine interaction, which will be carried out more didactics with the application of a screen, which, through programming controlled by a microcontroller, facilitates the entry of temperature and humidity data into the setpoint of the screen. Through the results obtained, it can be determined that the bioclimatic chamber reduces the growth time of insects (pests) between 10 to 20 days for their complete development and with this guarantee that the growth environment inside the chamber is optimal in different controlled environments. |
