| 總結: | The technological proposal presented is the design and construction of a module for Systems of Control in the Laboratory of Electromechanical Engineering of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, in order to realize laboratory practices in topics like temperature, speed, position and luminosity, which were based on bibliographical descriptions and experimental investigation, the primary purpose is to realize the schematic design of circuits of control for a DC engine, engine step by step, fan and an incandescent focus, and the schematic design for the acquisition of sensor data such as an LM35, photoresistor, and an optical encoder, the designs are developed in a finite element software to later print them on a bakelite plate and proceed to the placement of their electronic components, all of this results in the finalized module ready for the development of tests, the communication between the module and the software of finite elements is made through of an N-type data acquisition card NI myDAQ, the shipment and the reception of signals depends on the programmable logic of the user and your requirement, through developed programs can be directly drive in the actuators, temperature control by means of PID and control ON-OFF, change of rotation and speed control by PWM in the engine DC, control position of the engine step by step, control ONOFF of the LDR and actuation of a general purpose relay, finally, with these tests we can demostrate the functionality of the module which can be used for practices focused on both theoretical and practical student learning, strengthening their skills and knowledge. |
