Aggiungi Tag | Riassunto: | The research purpose was to apply an Audit management in order to determine the effectiveness, efficiency, economy, ecology and ethics in the use of resources at the Water Administrative Association Lampata Chasqui, and thus establish control procedures, standards and improvement policies. It was necessary to carry out, a Field Investigation of Descriptive type was made; and evaluation at the Water Association departments was conducted using methods and techniques that were able to show the situations of target areas objectively, conserving a healthy dynamic in order to achieve the planned objectives and goals. An audit management methodology was based on the theme, focusing to understand their planning phases, execution and results communication mainly that helped to identify the audited components gaps. The conclusions and recommendations gotten in this research will allow to carry out processes performance improvement, also to develop corrections in the Internal Control in order to take appropriate decisions leaded to the proper water association functioning. |
