Zusammenfassung:Actually, it is evident that teacher performances maintain a deficit in the professional refinement. For this reason, it affect in the development of preschool education. As we know all of the teachers start their professional development in many universities that make them optimums in competitive spaces. In this case we are talking about teachers of Latacunga´s circuit because exist several workplaces occupied by unstrained teachers that don´t be prepare for this work of area. Consequently, the teaching learning process is no significant due to don’t exist an appropriate application. As result, student will not involve in class as well as lack of learning. For these reason, it was applied vocational trainings workshops that provide easy management technology tools, in the same time it will produce autonomous work and lot of benefits. The direct beneficiaries of this investigation will be teachers, students and parents of families. After the application of the workshop for teachers´ development; it was identified that most of them did not know how to handle technology tools. Nowadays the application of those tools in this pandemic world time will be useful in order to involve the students learning process in a different way. After this application teachers got new management strategies and that is important for every professional profile and student’s learning praxis. Finally with the acquisitions of new knowledge about utilization and applicative of this tools learned, the teachers of Latacunga´s circuit had positive impact. It will benefit their work activities and it will improve teachers’ performance.
