Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The objective of this project is to propose a study of a Quality Management System focused on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard, to improve the quality of the product and customer service by the APRODEMAG association, through records that allow for permanent control, with standards established by the Ecuadorian standard NTE INEN. The proposed study to fulfill the objectives of the project is a non-experimental research with a modality of field study, applying observation techniques, bibliographic review and tools of industrial engineering such as: Flowgramas, process map, check list and programs of Visio design Excel. The results obtained allowed us to identify the lack of documentation such as a quality manual, quality policy, procedures manual, and records of receipt of raw milk, complaints and claims, work order, internal audit, dispatch order and personnel training. Next, it was then elaborated as a quality manual based on ISO 9001: 2015, which will help improve product quality and offer high levels of sales. It has been concluded that the APRODEMAG plant through the quality manual and through the use of documentation will improve efficiency, offer quality products and customer satisfaction. |
