總結:The present research work establishes the implementation and development of automation practices for the control of a pneumatic cylinder sealer, provides a description of the technology used in the process, due to the advance of science and technology, day to day we find new challenges with the aim of automating processes that do not require the intervention of man, to improve production. Controlling the precision of the pneumatic bottle sealing process becomes the most important variable to be controlled, ensuring that the bottles are well sealed, avoiding liquid spillage and avoiding production losses and costs. All these processes are linked by the Programmable Logic Circuit (PLC) and an HMI screen, being powerful tools that control and monitor industrial processes in an efficient way to perform the complete sealing task, this circuit is the central part in the control of the machine, because it is the one that is in charge from the beginning of the activation to the constant maintenance of each cycle, depending on the input signals, will be its behavior towards the output signals or actuators. The didactic module allows us to simulate the automatic process of sealing bottles, the elements involved in the bottle sealing process manage to measure, control, visualize and modify the air pressure, in addition the automatic process allows controlling the operating times of the bottles. Elements that intervene in the process of transfer of the bottles through a conveyor belt.
