Dodaj oznaku | Sažetak: | The systematization is based on the study of lived experiences analysis in the Occupational Medical Department at Technical University of Cotopaxi, place where the researchers carried out the pre-professional practices and at the same time it was the center of the researching. When it was carried out the pre-professional practices in the DMO it was possible to show that there were several shortcomings on Document Management processes, Administrative and Labor Performance, where the professional do not to count with another collaborator, to dedicate him/herself to carry out activities such as file organization and customer service, among others inherent activities to Executive Management and activities that do not concern his/her and at the same time affect to the activities development that the secretary performs as a health professional. Therefore to do this project, was used a matrix to recover experiences, information to systematize in a Management Document, Administrative and Labor Performance, in the same way, a qualitative methodology based on the approaching of the people was applied or key subjects who worked during this process; in this case to Dr. Richard Pérez in charge of the department and his nurse the Lcda. Daniela Chávez In addition, an interview was applied that helped to collect more real and accurate information for project making of experiences systematization and, at the same time, helped by bibliographic reviews and supported researchings, to fulfill the set out objectives at the project. Finally, it is proceeded to raise and present improvement strategies those help to solve found problems in the department, which are detailed in this paper and which will also be exposed at the final support of the researching project. |
