The contribution was intended to give is to sensitize the institution to ensure the rights and obligations of infants from the earliest years of life and mainly that parents fulfill the role of teaching and practicing the subject mentioned above so that is meets rights established by law, and concluded that this issue should be of great importance and relevance today where infants can make decisions that are beneficial in their lives and their opinions are respected and taken for the development of their country. |
