Тойм:In this research, the analysis is performed to design the PID controllers with Ziegler-Nichols, Lambda, Haalman, López tuning, also the robust predictive and diffuse controllers. The mathematical model of the training system was found. With the help of Matlab software and the IDENT function to evaluate it in real time, the simulation was carried out to obtain a relationship in terms of the operation and the values of the constants used for the different controllers tuning. In the training system, the automatic control process was carried out using PID controllers, predictive, diffuse, which are analyzed the response of the process variable and the control variable of each of them. By means of the formula that determines the index consumption in each controller, where the control, process and set point variables are considered, it was possible to determine that the lowest index of consumption control is the predictive control. The predictive controller is not only focused on maintaining the process in the set point, as is the approach of a traditional control, it also seeks to optimize the resources to do so and maximize the efficiency of the complete system, highlighting the restrictions that are included as parameters of the MPC to avoid inadequate values that they must be evaded in the process, limiting the operation of the system in its proper ranges, likewise confining the levels of the actuator to their nominal values, preventing damage to the equipment. With this controller was possible to determine that has the lowest consumption index, therefore it generates savings and it is ideal for the proposal.
