Importancia de la gestión del docente como mediador en la solución pacífica de conflictos en los estudiantes del sexto año en la escuela de educación básica “Quito” de la provincia, Cotopaxi cantón Latacunga, parroquia Pastocalle, barrio el Chasqui en el periodo 2014-2015

This research has a goal “workshop seminar design”. The purpose to encourage the study and creation of educational dynamic activities on values. They are addressed to students, teachers and parents at “Quito School” Basic General Education, period 2014-2015. This research helped educational community in order to get a right interaction and communication. These factors affect our society and especially in students directly. This study was justified for a theoretical value, practical, methodological utility, social relevance, convenience and scientific innovation. Also, it is based on improving school life. For this teaching management as peaceful conflict mediator was used. In this way, it will support the analysis and interpretation. Likewise, it will give a clear focus problem. This seminar workshop helped to reduce the students’ aggression level. It is known that education comes from family circle without lose our social principles and values with respect and solidarity. With all these encourage principles a social conscience of quality education and warmth promotion to get to the Good Living practice will be created.
