Taking advantage that there is a dynamic process of modernization of the Ecuadorian Justice processes and their jurisdictional authorities in the content of this paper analyzes concepts is collected, and the nature of this right in the civil law, as personal right, the thesis student presents a legal proposal to improve the control that the State must exercise this right to care and protection have the desired legal effect, seeking to be a contribution to our legislation. |
