Sammanfattning:The present investigation was carried out in Salache "CEYPSA" experimental and Production Center at Cotopaxi Technical University. The general goal was: "To evaluate the use of the beet forage (Beta vulgaris, L.) to 5%, 10%, 15% in the female guinea pigs of substitution, determining their influence in the productive variables as: weight increase, food consumption, conversion nutritious, mortality and morbidity index, cost – benefit relationship. For this investigation the totally random design was applied. For this, 40 female guinea pigs of 15 days of age were selected settling down four groups of 10 animals. These were placed this way in the established puddles according to each treatment: T1 forage, T2 forage more 5% of beet forage, T3 forage more 10% of beet forage, T4 forage more 15% of beet forage….
