| Summary: | The objective of this project was the approach of a process management model through the use of the Lean Manufacturing tool to improve the level of productivity in the production area of the Lácteos Amazonas Cía industry. Ltda., for this an applied research methodology was used with a quantitative approach which allowed to emphasize the objective measurements and the statistical analysis of the data collected through two survey instruments, the first intended for 83 clients to assess their degree of satisfaction and the second, an internal control instrument which was carried out on 23 company workers, to consolidate the situational diagnosis regarding Lean tools and Kaizen capacity as requirements of the management model. The results show that the critical points where the company's administrative problems occur, through an on-site analysis, are in relation to internal control since this is not effective because 64% of the workers disagree with the management since it does not review the policies and procedures, much less communicates them to the employees to guarantee the existence of adequate controls and evaluations, in addition, an off-site analysis was developed, determining that customer satisfaction is moderate, but there is to improve, because 47% of customers disagree with advertising elements as they are not visually informative or attractive. In conclusion, when building a Lean Manufacturing strategy, knowledge is generated and transformations are made in the production process and in the organizational culture of the dairy company. |
