Therefore, the objective of the project is to implement an inventory control system in the company Trialmech Cia. Ltda., located in the parish of Sangolquí, through the analysis of merchandise management, for the optimization of business resources. The methodology applied is based on a quantitative approach through a descriptive, field and analytical research; techniques such as the survey, interview and direct observation and instruments such as the structured questionnaire, interview guide and observation guide were used, directed to the technical manager, automotive mechanic technician, warehouse manager, warehouse assistant and accountant, as well as for the inventory survey; the information obtained through the development of the research allowed implementing an inventory control system for the analysis of the weighted average valuation method, considering the needs of the company. The inventory control system consists of a manual containing policies, procedures and financial indicators, which help to optimize economic resources; subsequently, the systematization was implemented in Excel (Visual Basic) to determine and calculate the real value of inventories of raw materials, supplies and finished product. It was recommended to the company to keep active the application of the inventory control system in future periods, for obtaining results that contribute to the improvement of its management, business development and competitiveness in the market |

Ltda.” dedicada al diseño, producción, instalación, mantenimiento y venta de sistemas de refrigeración, climatización, frío industrial y ventilación mecánica automotriz; el problema de la entidad radica en la carencia de un sistema de control de inventarios, al no existir políticas y procedimientos establecidos para el manejo de sus existencias, los niveles de stock, rotación y almacenamiento, al igual que en el proceso comercial es decir las compras y ventas, la falta de gestión de inventarios, no permite que la empresa tenga un valor fiable del costo de sus existencias. Por lo tanto, el objetivo del proyecto es implementar un sistema de control de inventarios en la empresa Trialmech Cía. Ltda., ubicada en la parroquia Sangolquí, a través del análisis del manejo de mercadería, para la optimización de los recursos empresariales. La metodología aplicada se basa en un enfoque cuantitativo mediante una investigación: descriptiva, de campo y analítica; se utilizaron técnicas como la encuesta, entrevista y observación directa e instrumentos como el cuestionario estructurado, guía de entrevista y guía de observación, dirigidas al gerente técnico, técnico en mecánica automotriz, jefe de bodega, asistente de bodega y contadora, así como para el levantamiento de las existencias; la información obtenida a través del desarrollo de la investigación permitió implementar un sistema de control de inventarios para el análisis del método de valoración promedio ponderado, considerando las necesidades de la empresa. El sistema de control de inventarios consta de un manual que contiene políticas, procedimientos e indicadores financieros, que ayudan a la optimización de recursos económicos; posteriormente se implementó la sistematización en el programa Excel (Visual Basic) para la determinación y cálculo del valor real de los inventarios de materia prima, suministros y producto terminado.
