The methodology that was implemented is of a qualitative nature, which allowed us to propose the following research techniques: structured interviews and focus groups; The result obtained from the first technique consists in the identification of the individual perception that the study sample has about the factors that have affected the company not having a logistics model, as well as the identification of the needs and resources that it has. the same.
