Guía de fauna en el páramo de Rumipungo de la comunidad Jatun Juigua Yacubamba del cantón Pujilí provincia de Cotopaxi.

Finally, the photographic register, where different species of fauna were recorded on the trails, to perform their respective identification and taxonomic characterization (order, family, scientific name, common name, name in English) and their state of conservation through revision of bibliographies, biowed, from the book Bird Guide in Ecuador. Thus obtaining the following result of the fauna species of the moor, the species that were most recorded are birds with the family asseriformes with 69% representing 11 species, the representative species is Musketeer vermilion Pyro (Pyrocephalus rubinus) is is in a minor-and-a-child condition (LC), Pechinegra Eagle Geranoaetus melanoleucus. is in vulnerable state (VU). The family Apodiformes with 25% species representing 4 Accipitiformes 6% species representing 1. The mammals identified 1 carnivora and 1 lagomorpha the near-threatened species Andean rabbit. Amphibians were identified 3 species which one of the species is in a vulnerable state is the family Dendrobatidae. The native species of the place is the family. Hemiphractidae its state of conservation, Minor concern (LC). Reptiles I identify 2 reptile species in the family Squamata Sauria their conservation (LC) of the family Gymnophthalmidae. almost threatened: Guide to the fauna of the Rumipungo Wasteland of The Canton of Pujili, Cotopaxi Province. The development of this guide is to take advantage of the faunistic resources of the research site, as a result it will serve as an information tool for tourism support and for researchers to acquire information on the classification of the this guide also promotes the improvement in the development of the community's tourism activities.
