סיכום:This present inform of investigation, before doing the investigative work, it projected to develop a purpose of a system of teacher training through to methodology guide focused to the academic work in relation to the profile of the students of bachillerato of the “Sara María Bustillos de Atiaga” technical school educative institution that is located in Rioblanco Alto in Tanicuchí of the Latacunga town. The methodology used in the investigation is guided in the cuanticulaitative, with a level of deep descriptive diagnostic level documental investigation was used like the camp. To the recolation of instruments we used the survey with the instrument the questionnaire, the last is with the Likert format. The process of the information was used in the descriptive statistic to the construction of tables and pictures in the Excel program, the some one were used to the conclution and recommendations elaboration. This process of work constitute in a problem of tecnic schools and in particular the educative institution that we were talking before, it according to the internships inform that do students there are problems specially in the professional competence. From the same form, taking account the students increase, the Universities demand more preparation of the student in schools, now is presented the necessity of a training system of teachers of institutions that without worred will benefy to students and the educative community.
