| Résumé: | The present work is an integrative project, which aims to carry out an operation and maintenance manual for the LAC-SA milk analyzer together with its pedagogical application, for the Dairy Research Laboratory of the Agroindustry career of the Technical University of Cotopaxi, through a characterization of the equipment based on the technical data sheet and bibliographic review of the same, and thereby determine the requirements and procedures for the operation of the equipment and with this information carry out a practice under the procedures established in the manuals, for the realization of these manuals a methodology is used in qualitative research which is of great contribution to the investigation and with its descriptive data about the operation of the analyzer is obtained, starting from the general information established by the manufacturer towards the specific with the deductive method, On the other hand, the observation technique ion facilitates knowing the main characteristics of the analyzer and its use through the pilot test, taking into account that the instrument used is the technical sheet provided by the manufacturer. Consequently, with all this information collected, the following results are obtained, such as the operating manual in which all the requirements and technical specifications of the milk analyzer are framed with their respective operating procedure, as well as the maintenance manual in which details in the first instance the preventive maintenance that contains guidelines that must be applied to correctly handle the equipment and avoid damage, within which is the routine maintenance, which consists of daily and weekly cleaning procedures in order to optimize the operation and functioning of the analyzer. , on the other hand, predictive maintenance contains certain guidelines on warnings displayed by the analyzer and must be solved by avoiding more acute damage to it, followed by corrective maintenance itself, which provides immediate actions that must be taken in the event of a fault that the analyzer presents, either by gives Children in hoses, pumps, screen or command buttons that must be repaired by a specialized technician, and with this a pedagogical practice is carried out using the manuals, in such a way that the operation of the equipment was evidenced. In conclusion, the project carried out complies with what is specified within its structure. |
