| Sumari: | REPSOL has an energy efficiency policy that is committed to an efficient use of energy in its facilities, an important condition to obtain certifications such as ISO 50001:2011 of the block 16. High-energy consumers have a good energy behavior, which has determined the energy baseline models. Three variants was designed: model 1 is direct, it related the consumption behavior of electrical energy in the process according to the total fluid production that are rising; model 2 is indirect, it assessed the specific total energy consumption of the block versus the relationship “Produced Oil / Raised Fluid”; model 3 calculates the power consumption of the process according to the flow that handles each one of the systems such as total fluid, oil delivery and released injection water; of the three variants, I propose the model 2 because of it relates directly the produced oil that gives the economic factor to REPSOL. In order to obtain the models systematic methodological was applied based on a program which tours the plant facilities and an agenda of meetings with directly people involved in the subject. In accordance to the economic assessment carried out, the potential ideal savings is about $ 12 789 724,25 per year, making work to equipment in their maximum performance operation curves. |
