Sumari:This research was developed in the Company of Passenger Transportation Taxi “CONTRATAX S.A.”, from “Santo Domingo de los Colorados” city. Its aim is to propose a management model. To carry into effect the proposal, first it was determined incidence of psychosocial risks and their impact on job performance. The study object is the psychosocial risks of collaborators that work in the operating and accountant department, where the presence of stress impairs emotional state of workers and steering wheel professionals. Stress that occurs due to: work under pressure, in both office and in driving activities; and job instability. The methods inductive and exploratory were used in this research. This research seeks to identify psychosocial risks using informatics methodology ISTAS 21, which allowed data compilation through a survey. The information obtained helped to locate exposure problems, to systematically evaluate them in 20 dimensions, organized according to the prevalence. These results were compared with the hypothesis, which says that: the identification of the problems caused by psychosocial risks of the employees will help to design a management model to minimize the negative effects on safety and health. The analysis units of psychosocial risks that have been valued are the following: gender, work performed, age, management unit, and finally working weekdays. Through this analysis was determined that, there are significant risks, more unfavorable to health. These risks are double presence with 63.8%; the possibility of social relationship with 58%; cognitive psychological demands with 57.1%; and the insecurity about the future with 55.5%. Other identified risks are important, but there are not emergent. In consideration: the workday over 45 hours a week; the monotony, that is to say, they do not have functional mobility when performing tasks; the variable salary (piecework or commission); they have not been promoted in functions; and work without contract affect directly the work performance of employees of the company "CONTRATAX SA".
