Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The actual research was performed into Cotopaxi Technical University laboratory, Latacunga Canton, Salache sector, with the aim to assess false tobacco 6 doses for the fruit fly (Anastrepha fraterculus weidemann) control into conditions from laboratory. It was used a completely randomized block experimental design, with 6 treatments and 3 repetitions, giving a 18 experimental units total. For this, it was assessed different fake tobacco doses, what are T1 0ml or control, T2 5ml, T3 10ml, T4 15ml, T5 20ml, T6 25ml. Once, the aphids reach their adult stage or their adult stage, they were proposed to take10 adults for each repetition, that is, 30 adults for each treatment, it was applied each of the doses, according to each treatment, what range from 0 to 25ml of false tobacco extract, once, it has been applied the treatments, are made fruit fly mortality monitoring, after 24 hours, of applying each treatment. Once, it is finalized this process, it is entered the data to the statistical program INFOSTAT, whose will yield the corresponding results, which were, what there is a high significance between treatments T1 and T6, since with the false tobacco 25 ml application into fruit fly died 22 flies of 30 into percentage 73.3% efficiency, between treatments T1, T3 and T6 are, where there is greater significance and between treatments T2, T4 and T5, there is no high significance. To better understand this, it can say, what into percentages the treatments effectiveness was: T1 with 1% effectiveness in 30 flies, T2 with 20%, T3 with 43.3%, T4 with 50%, T5 with 60% and T6 with 73.3%, and the global 100%, it has the 51.33% percentage from false tobacco effectiveness. |
