Résumé:The investigation has as objective the qualitative and quantitative estimation and evaluation of the wok risks in STARMOTORS Company, the basic modality of the research was based on the camp analysis, it permitted to observe the activities made by workers and the conditions of the different work areas. The data compilation was carried out and its results were analyzed in order to reach the general objective of this search. The company "STARMOTORS SA" is a Mercedes Benz concessionaire, it is engaged in vehicles marketing and maintenance thereof, many risks occur in their work, which could affect the workers’physical integrity. It is appropriate to control them by taking in account the identification and assessment which will determine the risk level, with the purpose to take corrective decisions to reduce the labor accidents. The matrix of risks qualification was applied to identify and evaluate the risks, so the Regulation for Safety and Occupational Health was developed according to the Guide established by the Ministry of Labor Relations. An obligation for companies is to have approved the Internal Regulations for Safety and Occupational Health, in accordance with Labor Code, Article 434. In any collective and permanent area of working with more than ten workers, employers are required to prepare and submit a health and safety regulation for approval of the Labor and Employment Ministry by the Regional Labor Department, which will be renewed every two years.
