| Achoimre: | Dysgraphia is a common disorder in children, so the proper development of linguistic awareness in children is of vital importance, as it is the basis for learning to discriminate phonemes and how they come together to form a word. The present research project entitled "Dysgraphia in the development of linguistic awareness in the first year of high school at the United Nations School of Elementary education", province of Cotopaxi, Saquisilí canton, conceives the problem in children from 5 to 6 years old, since they have difficulties in writing, so the objective was to diagnose dysgraphia in the development of linguistic awareness in the first year of high school, and thus leave a useful background for future research. The methodological design of the research was framed in the qualitative approach, with a bibliographic-documentary design for the abstraction of the theoretical foundations, together with the field design, with the use of the questionnaire technique, which was applied to the three high school teachers in order to collect real data on the subject, also used the technique of direct observation applied to 112 students, 68 boys and 44 girls of three parallels: A, B and C, through which the writing difficulties presented by each student were evidenced, thus achieving to obtain the necessary information for our project, since it allows us to make a diagnosis of the current situation in which the students of the first year of high school are. |
