| Sumari: | The present project is focused on analyzing of Documentary and Administrative Management process about experiences lived in the Academic Secretary of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources Faculty at Technical University of Cotopaxi. The main goal is to propose methodological strategies to minimize problems such as agility, information, loss of documentation, dissatisfaction if it is delayed in the documentary process, after-paperwork at the filing time. Also, they do not have the physical space to archive them. In this way, the problem identified, it should streamline the work and save the time of the administrative staff at Faculty’s Academic Secretary. As an organization grows, its documentation flow, also it increases over time and document life cycle. Therefore, the documents go up a long of the time, the file process becomes a difficult task to look for an old file or file a new one. This is the reason, the project is mainly focused on proposing methodological strategies for the documentary and administrative management processes that efficiently contribute to the academic requirements. The research techniques applied were: observation and interview. The results were analyzed and identified the existing problem. This action revealed the need to propose strategies in order to improve processes and which in turn helped to draw conclusions and recommendations. |
