La falta de comunicación generar desavenencias y son las partes en conflicto quienes de forma directa deben buscar una solución, deponiendo posiciones y percepciones sobre las personas y centrando su atención directa en el problema. Uno de los retos de los Derechos Humanos del siglo XXI, es lograr una sociedad donde se haga efectiva una cultura de paz y libertad.
