An overall efficiency analysis of the machines and equipment was carried out in all the production lines of the company in order to identify the potential factors that affect the OEE index. The company presented an average of 66% overall equipment efficiency, that is in a regular index. The main factor is the low availability of machines and equipment, which is 78 %, it occurs by factors such as the assignment of tasks from production, order to the maintenance technician and the small technicians. In the maintenance department to perform preventive tasks in machines and equipment, this causes an average of unproductive times of 28.25 hours per month in the production. It is to consider that the approximate cost per hour of production in the company is of $ 198,00, and then these stops cause economic losses to INDUACERO Co. Ltda. Of $ 5.593,50 monthly. The development of the TPM continuous improvement system in the company INDUACERO Co. Ltda., Has the purpose of demonstrating the feasibility that the implementation of the project would have both technically increasing the overall efficiency of the equipment by 11%. The proposal has a significant impact benefiting all personnel within the company considering the administrative and operational staff. |

Ltda., en base al desarrollo y diseño de un sistema de mejora continua TPM (Mantenimiento Productivo Total), tiene como objetivo mejorar la disponibilidad de las máquinas y equipos así logrando disminuir tiempos improductivos y ayudar a la organización al cumplimiento de los siguientes logros: cero despilfarros, cero accidentes, cero defectos y cero averías. Se realizó un análisis de las máquinas y equipos en todas las líneas de producción de la empresa con la finalidad de identificar los potenciales factores que afectan al índice de eficiencia global de los equipos (OEE). La empresa presento un promedio de eficiencia global de los equipos del 66%, es decir se encuentra en un índice regular, el principal factor es la baja disponibilidad de las máquinas y equipos la misma que se encuentra en un 78 %, ocasionado por factores como la asignación de tareas de órdenes de producción al técnico de mantenimiento y la poca cantidad de técnicos en el departamento de mantenimiento para realizar tareas preventivas en las máquinas y equipos, esto provoca un promedio de tiempos improductivos de 28,25 horas al mes en la producción, es de considerar que el costo aproximado por hora de producción en la empresa es de $ 198,00, entonces estas paradas ocasionan perdidas económicas a INDUACERO Cía. Ltda., de $ 5.593,50 mensuales. El desarrollo del sistema de mejora continua TPM en la empresa INDUACERO Cía. Ltda., tiene como propósitos demostrar la factibilidad que tendría la implementación del proyecto tanto de forma técnica aumentando un 11 % la eficiencia global de los equipos.
