Beskrivelse
Summary:The objective of the project is to analyze the factors associated with the Green Human Talent Management (GHRM) in the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Oscus Ltda, for this purpose a quantitative research approach is used together with a non-experimental design due to the nature of the subject, and a documentary-bibliographic, field and descriptive typology. In order to apply the GHRM instrument, a sample of 76 collaborators is used; in this sense, the total application of the GHRM is 33.3%, which is considered a low level. The most prevalent GHRM dimension focuses on management involvement and belong to the "Green Recruitment and Selection". On the other hand, the two least prevalent dimensions belong to the weakest categories: "Green training and development practices" and "Green compensation". The result of the analysis shows that the most widely used practice to increase employees' commitment and awareness of the environment is "Green recruitment and selection". As for the correlation of the dimensions they can be described as positively strong, as all Pearson correlation coefficients are above ρ=0.5. The strongest relationship is between green recruitment and selection and green compensation (ρ=0.82), while the weakest correlation is between green training and development practices and green compensation (ρ=0.72), finally the research provides a model that through dimensions such as: Green management of organizational culture, green selection and recruitment, green evaluation and training such as green empowerment and green compensation allow green practices to exist within Oscus Ltda.
