Додати тег | Резюме: | The research was developed in the Mulalo Parish, Latacunga Canton; Cotopaxi Province. The objective of the study was to determine if the pesticides in this case the organophosphates cause hepatic and renal changes in dogs living in the flower companies; there are investigations in humans where present hepatic and renal changes and even the death. It was possible to analyze the owners of the flower companies, namely there was a survey of the organophosphates use, in which the 75% of persons use the organophosphates. Also, there was an observation during two weeks to the behavior of each one of the dogs. The sanguineous biochemistry was done at the Dr. Diego Medina’s "LIFE PLANET" Veterinary Clinic. The study consisted to do a biochemistry analysis for each one of the dogs living in the flower companies taking into account the parameters of ALT (Alanine Transaminase), AST (Aspartate Transferase), Creatinine, Urea and Total Bilirubin.... |
