Označite | Izvleček: | This research project evaluated the productive system for the optimization of the marble and granite transformation at the “Divino Niño” atelier. It was done an analysis of the productive system through some information gathering about the actual operation and production processes in order to reduce operational time. The research project presented a non- experimental research and it assumed a research field modality. The researchers applied the observation as an investigative tool due to it was necessary a process recognition and a literature review to evaluate de productive system at “Divino Niño” atelier. The optimization process is supported in the use of appropriate tools to do the marble and granite transformation. It also allowed to do a redistribution of the atelier. Both actions permitted to reduce time in the productive process. The results in each product, applying the appropriate materials and tools, were the following: It was achieved to reduce the time-consuming of standard marble tombstone of 29min per unit, basic marble tombstone of 24 min per unit, standard granite tombstone of 41min per unit, granite porterhouse of 38 min per unit and premium marble tombstone of 40 min per unit. |
