El desarrollo local turístico: propuesta de gestión y planificación de destinos turísticos, como alternativa de una política de desarrollo sostenible en la comuna Ponce Quilotoa

This project assumes the following question: How to manage tourism development in the Ponce Quilotoa community? As a research problem and it is proposed as a general objective: to elaborate tourism planning and management alternatives to promote local sustainable development in the Ponce Quilotoa community and for its achievement, specific objectives are proposed such as: Theoretically base community tourism development, design a community tourism plan through programs and projects, validate the community tourism plan through expert criteria and evaluate the results of the implementation of the tourism plan in the Ponce Quilotoa Community process that is carried out from a qualitative approach Methods and techniques are used that allowed the internal knowledge of the community and its context. The study of the planning of sustainable community tourism in the Ponce Quilotoa Community from the various points analyzed included a comprehensive analysis of the resource management system that the current government administration is developing for the sake of an efficient use of tourism, thus evidencing that the management at the parish level can achieve the articulation of programs, projects and management models to guarantee sustainable and sustainable development.
