| 總結: | The purpose of this research project is to generate a proposal for improvement in the techniques of work at height for the maintenance of buildings and structures of the Cero Vertigo Soluciones Verticales Company at Ambato city, thus reducing the inherent occupational risk levels to the performance of its activities, eliminating operational losses due to falls of people, tools and materials enabling continuous operations and processes. The research places a special emphasis on the application of work standards and procedures that complement each other, aimed at protecting the integrity of workers to avoid occupational diseases and accidents. An initial risk analysis was carried out to identify critical areas of working conditions using checklists, the risks were evaluated through the general INSHT matrix, thus obtaining important data and results that allowed us to decide whether the risks were tolerable or not, information that formed the basis for deciding whether improvements to existing controls, techniques and procedures or suggesting different ones were required, as well as the priority of such actions, thus completing risk management. Determined the level of intervention and risk control that allow us to reduce the levels of accident rate, it was possible to give way to the elaboration of a proposal for improvement that includes a set of rules and procedures that contemplate minimum safety and compliance standards of all components of the fall protection systems, maintenance, use and proper handling of materials and equipment, as well as the requirements established in the procedures of work at height in the activity to be performed. The direct beneficiaries will be the workers who carry out work at heights in the operational area as well as the company as a whole. The methodology applied was inductive, bibliographic, explanatory, field and observation. |
