| Περίληψη: | The design, sizing and implementation of a tunnel washer for chicken cages was carried out because there is a need to reduce the time of the process made in the cage washing area and give a better quality of work for employees in that area, due to the current washing system consists in using a hydro-washing machine where the detached particles reach to sensitive parts of the operator such as the eyes that end in redness and most of the time they come in contact with the water which results in risks that can end in accidents since connections in the area are handled at 440v, likewise the washing efficiency and the time are low using 3 to 5 minutes per cage and at the end of the tasks the remains of organic matter are impregnated on the floor being harmful in a company related to consumer products. The design of the washing tunnel for chickens cages allows to have a reduction of the washing time of 2 minutes per cage, saving more than 50% of the time used for this process, allowing the operator not to be in contact with water or particles of organic matter released in the process, the machine has a water saving since it has filtered water from other processes, it was concluded that implementing the tunnel washing method using flat spray nozzles with an angle of 40 ° it was possible to obtain reductions in time, being the most important parameters for flushing the working pressure of 80 psi and the flow of 11.5 liters per minute for effective nozzle work. |
