Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | The unfavorable Administrative Administration arises for the mishandling of resources, presenting difficulties and preventing the achievement of its institutional goals, and the some way it affects to the development of its activities, for that reason was carried out the proposal from an Audit of Administration to the Cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Integración Solidaria, located in the Cotopaxi province, Salcedo canton during the period January-June 2012. For the present research work it considered basic conceptualizations of the fundamental Categories that intervene as: Administrative and Financial Administration, Company, Internal Control, Audit of Administration, It used different techniques and investigation instruments as the deductive and analytic method, interview, surveys, a FODA analysis, bibliographical, virtual documents that helped to complete the study. The proposal was to emit a report where it presented conclusions and recommendations that improve the current administration of the institution, so that it increase the level, therefore, a motivated personnel will achieve with an excellent organizational environment and competitive image. It recommended to start this administrative proposal applying the necessary changes that strengthen its administration and carryout, the projected objectives. |
