Achoimre:The development project on experiences took place in Economic and Social Inclusion Ministry which is located in Latacunga City, Loreto Sector Av. Sánchez de Orellana and Márquez de Maenza Street. At the same, it fulfills as very important role in order to provide services to people with low economic resources. This kind of people was the motivation to analyze the practical experience into Document Management and Customer Service external and internal clients in MIES Department of Legal Advice. During the experience progress was identified a weakness in Document Management and Customer Service, since sometimes the information required by the associations. Thus, it was not delivered immediately. The reason was the stored documents that are not sorted with the right file system. This situation provoked bad customer service because the time waste. Observation and interview as techniques with their respective results analysis were applied to find the problem source. The results showed into weekly activities register and the scheduled interview for document management and customer service. This situation promotes the archiving systems has been seen, with the purpose to improve the documents order system. This way allowed a faster and more efficient access to reach the documentation required. These systems will help to keep an adequate order of the existing documents into the department. Also, it gets higher the knowledge for the person in charge at Legal Advice Department.
