The Continental Clinic is an organization that provides services in health and has professional medical, pharmacy services, technology, equipment and everything that involves meeting the health needs; but attention to its clients denotes low quality, efficiency and is not timely, this derivative inadequate administrative, financial, accounting and operational management of the company; therefore, this research work aims to conduct an audit of the company management to detect existing in each of the areas to apply the processes to be performed effectively and attached to the legislation governing the sector failures. This study was carried out by establishing the theoretical and conceptual foundations; using research methods, analysis and verification of documentation from primary sources, to propose a solution by recommending timely implement techniques, effective and timely strategies to be more efficient to allow the management of the company; in terms of improving care with respect to providing quality services to each of its customers. |
