Add Tag | Summary: | This paper aims to determine the current situation of teacher compensation, through a field research to know its influence on professional performance within the Saquisilí Canton. As remuneration is one of the factors of great importance in the economic and social life. Teachers and their families depend almost entirely on the salary to eat, dress and cover all their other needs. For this project the training research is used, so concentrate on the strengths and weaknesses having a diagnosis of what can be changed and produce improvements. The information obtained permits to raise a project of major importance using methods, such as inductive that is applied in the creation of the theoretical framework and the analytical for the interpretation of results, all this to develop the survey, with its instrument the questionnaire, obtaining the collection of truthful information. The realization of this research project is feasible, thanks to s the teacher’s collaboration with the information to complete the surveys, with honesty and seriousness of the case.... |
