Sumario:The main objective of this research was to conduct a management audit in the sales department and the impact on the marketing process at Centro Comercial Noble. The research was established because there was not a previous management audit to evaluate the carried out processes within the department. The applied methodology was mainly field research because a study was used to detect shortcomings. After the mechanism for the evaluation of internal control was developed, relevant information was gathered, thus regarding the findings presented in the different activities. Conclusions and pertinent recommendations were drawn based on the previous evaluation. The risk level presented in the audit was 16.67%, while the confidence level of the audit was 83.33%. It helped to determine that the Centro Comercial Noble is an organized place in terms of its commercialization activities. In addition, based on the obtained results from the surveys and evaluation of internal control, it was possible to verify that there was not a procedures manual for the sales department, therefore, the decision was made in order to implement it as an alternative of solution for the improvement of sales and marketing processes, so correcting the processes previously established by the entity.
