| 要約: | Organizational climate and work performance have become critical areas of focus for organizations, significantly influencing their effectiveness and success. Moreover, a lack of understanding of these aspects can hinder efforts to improve the work environment, enhance productivity, and foster employee engagement. This research aims to analyze the organizational climate and work performance of the employees at the Aeronautical Maintenance Operations Management OMA-DIAF in Latacunga. This study is descriptive with a quantitative approach. For the organizational climate, the Litwin and Stringer questionnaire (1968) was applied, and for work performance, the Individual Work Performance (IWP) developed by Widyastuti and Hidayat (2018) was used, revealing effective participation from 50 organization members. A positive perception in the Organizational Climate was evidenced: structure (60%) and cooperation (48%) "agree". In work performance, favorable outcomes were identified in task performance with 60% in "always", followed by counterproductive behaviors with 48% in "never". Structural problems within the organization were detected, characterized by a high level of rigidity in processes, which hinders the implementation of new ideas and limits the capacity to adapt to a dynamic work environment that encourages commitment and the well-being of military and civilian personnel. Therefore, strategies are proposed to promote innovation, motivation, and staff commitment, while also seeking to improve efficiency and consistency in work performance. |
