For the development of the application, research methods such as the Hypothetical - Deductive method were used to generate the hypothesis and then generate the problem statement, the Deductive method allowed to establish the conclusions, the research techniques were also used, which were very useful to collect the requirements such as field observation, interview and survey, as research instruments the field diary and the questionnaire, in addition the Scrum methodology was used which follows a set of steps for the development of applications in an easy and efficient way and that meets user requirements. As development tools, the Android Studio development environment was used, it is totally focused on Android programming, the Java programming language is widely used by programmers, it allows the design of applications that can be executed on different platforms and the XML design language which allows defining a set of rules to encode documents is characterized by its ease of use and simplicity of web services, these development tools allowed to obtain a secure and fast application. |

As development tools, the Android Studio development environment was used, it is totally focused on Android programming, the Java programming language is widely used by programmers, it allows the design of applications that can be executed on different platforms and the XML design language which allows defining a set of rules to encode documents is characterized by its ease of use and simplicity of web services, these development tools allowed to obtain a secure and fast application.La cooperativa de Ahorro y Crédito Innovación Andina Ltda, cuenta alrededor de 890 socios quienes diariamente realizan depósitos, retiros, transferencias y pago de servicios básicos, para lo cual deben acudir de forma física a las ventanillas de la cooperativa, esto implica que desperdicien tiempo en la movilización, tengan que realizar largas filas, trasladen dinero en efectivo susceptible a pérdida o robo, es por ello que se propone el desarrollo de un aplicativo móvil que permita sistematizar estos procesos. Para el desarrollo del aplicativo se utilizó métodos de investigación tales como el método Hipotético – Deductivo permitió generar la hipótesis para luego generar el planteamiento del problema, método Deductivo permitió establecer las conclusiones, también se utilizó las técnicas de investigación las cuales fueron muy utilices para recopilar los requerimiento tales como la observación de campo, la entrevista y encuesta, como instrumentos de investigación el diario de campo y el cuestionario, además se empleó la metodología Scrum la cual se sigue un conjunto de pasos para el desarrollo de aplicaciones de manera fácil y eficiente y que cumpla con los requerimientos del usuario.
