الملخص:The purpose of this project is to design an industrial agitator in the YACUBIANA PRODUCTION AND MARKETING COOPERATIVE of the city of Guaranda, the industrial activity it develops is cheese making, the project involves areas such as: Mechanics, Electrical and Control, Simulation software, issues that must be analyzed for the scope of the system. With the desire to have an improvement in the production process in the facilities of the Cooperative, first of all, the analysis of the object of study was carried out through a qualitative investigation, later a small analysis of the sedimentation of the cheese is carried out, which is essential. to determine: the times, establish if it is feasible to design a settler or an agitator, then the functional requirements are defined, such as: the density, the mass of the milk and the dimensioning of the storage system. In order to point out the ideal procedure in the scope of the main objective, having as a primary detail the calculation and design of the shaft and the anchor-type agitator, taking into account the recommendations of the design and the type of material according to Ecuadorian standards, to then emphasize in obtaining the force that the motor must overcome and perform a circulatory movement at the required speed, to obtain a homogeneous mixture. In the validation of the system, the design was carried out in the Software Inventor, ideal for this type of mechanical system, together with the results obtained after the simulation of efforts, movements and the safety factor to which the system will be subjected, as well as also the simulation and analysis of finite elements through the CAE ANSYS program, this helps us to have a better perspective of how the industrial agitator would work with the different components of the milk and thus correct any shortcomings that may exist.
